Our third and final Mother/Daughter weekend was another great success.  We had a blast with great weather and good friends.  Thanks again to all of our wonderful helpers who traveled from all over the state to lend us a helping hand.  We know these weekends couldn't work without their help and we appreciate their time and effort.  Now we are frantically preparing the observatory site for our "First Light" ceremony this Saturday, May 17th from 6 to 9 as we dedicate our telescope,  "Luther."  It's going to be a great event and we are keeping our eyes on the heavens and hoping for great weather.  Camp preparations are underway and we are counting the days to June 4th!  Let us hear from you.

Updates:

Melissa Hart has completed her freshman year and will work at home this summer.  She loves sorority life and that always reminded her of Camp.

Tuesday and Paisley Wendel are very excited about summer and have been counting down the days for camp.  Tuesday is a member of the Student Council and plays the clarinet in the band.  Paisley has qualified for the gifted and talented program at school and both girls have been busy with U.I.L.
