Whew – we have had some busy days at CHC. Friday we had a cook-out on the hill for all the Deb Archery, Riflery, Campcraft and Riding clubs. The girls had a great time and ate until they couldn’t move. Saturday evening we had a Dance performance and the Drama production. The girls were so good and it was fun to watch. Yesterday we had our Horseshow and hopefully we will send you all a link to that soon. The riders and their horses did an amazing job without incident (that always thrills me). Sunday afternoon we had Deb Waterfront (Kicks won) with some crazy races and last night we had our final movie of the term, “Newsies”, complete with a Blow Pop. The girls scream and yell at this movie – I am not sure where this tradition started, but we are unable to change it! The last day of classes is Wednesday and then everyone will get ready for Closing. I hope you all received the email about the Closing schedule. The Camp Store WILL NOT be open this weekend so if you need to order charms, etc. please do that online. We are still nervous about Covid and we are asking that only parents and siblings (NO BOYFRIENDS) come for Closing. The less people we have here the better it will be for us. Once again, if you are showing symptoms or test positive just plan to pick up your daughter at 11:00 Saturday morning. We are here with any questions or concerns. See you soon.
